In the beginning of this year, right after I came back from holiday, I needed assistance with my very green and odd-looking pool water. I called Paula from Premium Pool Maintenance and she immediately made an appointment to come and see me. I didn’t have to wait long at all as she gave my situation her full attention after I sent her a picture of the pool. She explained, over the phone, what I need to do in the meanwhile until she could get to me the following day. She arrived with her chemicals and duly set to work. Thereafter, she visited my pool every day for a 1 week to make sure that everything was going according to plan. I was very impressed by her knowledge of swimming pools and water quality. By the second day my pool water was already starting to look great again. And as I mentioned before, Paula did not stop attending to my pool until she was 100% happy with the water quality of it again. The service she delivered thereafter was also superb. All I have to do is to send her a Whatsapp or a phone call and Paula is on it.
